Twin Towers Senior Living Community Health Pavilion Move – March 2013
Twin Towers Senior Living Community, 5343 Hamilton Avenue in Cincinnati, Ohio opened their new health Pavilion in 2013. This four-story building is connected to the existing main building and includes 90 skilled nursing beds and 30 memory support accommodations including a private and secure courtyard, day spa and salon.
The Pavilion is designed to complement the “household model” which is more comfortable for residents and more efficient in providing services. “Households” are small intimate areas that resemble one’s own home instead of a traditional nursing home. The trend in senior living health care design utilizes a household design that favors a residential feel over an institutional one. The Pavilion is a great example of how modern day design trends are providing conducive environments for resident-centered care.
Twin Towers is owned and operated by Life Enriching Communities and is affiliated with the West Ohio Conference of the United Methodist Church.
