Heritage Gardens Health Care Center in Loma Linda, CA has both a Skilled Nursing Facility and a Retirement & Assisted Living Facility located on 4 beautiful acres. Together they provide a “Continuum of Care” for our community.

Skilled Nursing provides rehabilitation services to post surgical and stroke patients who may require Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy in a comfortable and caring environment. Short term intravenous therapy available as well as Long Term Care for patients with chronic illnesses.

Retirement and Assisted Living provides Independent Living as well as two levels of Assisted Living for residents who need help with bathing, dressing, and medication management. Residents love the selective menu option, social activities, outings, and WI-FI Internet. Beauty & Barber shop on site. Transportation available.
